Free Technical Support

• Technical support is provided via email during normal business hours, Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4 PM UTC
• Includes: Initial script installation, configuration, explanation of features, and general advice regarding basic template modifications (e.g., updating logo, how to remove "Powered by" copyright) (Basic template modifications are determined on a case-by-case basis at our discretion)
• Excludes: Customizations, design implementations, custom programming, issues arising from modifications, installation of web hosting requirements (such as ionCube support or GD2), or requests for assistance to modify the software

Order Processing, Timeframes, and Delivery

• All orders are subject to a mandatory fraud screening as required by 2CheckOut.com
• This process usually takes 2-3 hours, but can take upwards of 24-48 hours
• Once the order has been approved, you will receive an e-mail with a username and password to download the software and retrieve your license key (if you have not received this e-mail, please contact tech support)
• You do not need to generate a license key right away if you do not know which domain you'll be using; free of charge, we provide a license to use the software on 'localhost' or the development environment of your choice (see development environment license key)
• The software will be in ZIP or TAR format. You will need to use an application such as WinRAR or UnZip to decompress the files
• It is the customer's responsibility to download, install, and configure the software unless installation is requested and the server meets the minimum installation requirements
